Mallika Sherawat was so excited when she was offered to do the Jab Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya song in Maan Gaye Mughall-E-Azam, that she took personal interest in the costumes as well. The actress wanted to give her best shot, but as luck could have had it, she fell sick on the first day of the shoot. But the thorough professional that she is, despite running a high temperature and being advised bedrest, she shot for the song. What’s more she even convinced Rahul Bose to dance with her. The costumes, the ambience on the sets and Mallika’s graceful and stylish ada reminded director Sanjay Chhel and producer Ratan Jain of yesteryear actress Madhubala. Mallika, of course, considered it to be an honour to be compared to the legendary beauty.
